SBM-IRFI has a range of technologies that include powerful machinery, such as a pantograph for plasma cutting and oxyfuel, a mobile riser boring machine and highly advanced lathes to obtain sturdy and precise components.

Plasma Cutting and Oxyfuel

Combined plasma cutting and oxyfuel system. The structure of the pantograph allows the user to quickly switch between tools, allowing us to cut a variety of thicknesses and materials.

Plasma cutting: Plasma cutting uses an existing technology: plasma jet welding. Safe, fast and precise for cutting both thin and thick sheets, with a range from 1 to 25mm with a cutting length of up to 12000mm.

Oxyfuel: oxy-acetylene flame cutting technology with numerical control. Slower plasma cutting but equally as precise, allowing us to cut a much wider range of thicknesses, from 8 to 300mm with a cutting length of up to 24000 mm. Can also be used with the Multichannel function for certain projects.

Boring

Reboring-Hydrostatic milling machine with mobile riser speed ram. Precision, power and sturdiness make it the perfect tool for machining all medium-large size components.
